Cook – Auster at Dome Mountain

Auster at Dome Mountain is a new lodge and cabin property on the Yellowstone River in Montana’s Paradise Valley, about twenty minutes from the north gate of Yellowstone National Park, with a main lodge, restaurant and bar. The cook prepares menu items, keeps storage and delivery organisation in order, follows food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards, labels and dates ingredients to limit waste, and works with the kitchen team to keep service moving. Previous kitchen, prep, line or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required, and a Food Handler certification is preferred or can be obtained.
