Job Listings
- If we cannot verify your business, you get a full refund.
- If we decline your listing before it goes live, you get a full refund.
- If we remove a live listing for a reason that was not in it when you posted, you get a full refund.
- Once a listing is live, the fee is not refundable. You can still edit it, mark it filled or extend it at any time from the private link we email you.
Early Access
- Early Access renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing link in your Early Access emails; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not expect, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will look at it.
How to Ask for a Refund
Email hello@wildwork.io from the address you paid with, and include the listing or the receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
No Hidden Fees
The price shown on Post a Job or Early Access is the price you pay. There are no setup, applicant or cancellation fees.
