Fishing Outfitter Retail Lead

Bayou City Angler, a Houston tackle and fly shop, is hiring a full-time team lead to run daily operations on its retail floor. The job covers leading and motivating the sales staff, keeping the floor stocked and merchandised, helping with promotions and events, flagging restock needs, and advising customers on rods, reels, electronics and fly, inshore, offshore and freshwater tactics. The shop wants three to five years of experience, deep hands-on fishing knowledge, familiarity with premium brands, and availability on weekends, holidays and busy seasons; prior retail sales work is preferred.
