General Ranch Hand

Glass Properties is hiring three general ranch hands in Sterling City, West Texas, for a long season running October 2026 through July 2027. Six months of prior ranch experience is required, so this is aimed at someone who already knows the work rather than a first-timer. The posted normal schedule is 48 hours per week, with real hours moving as weather and livestock conditions demand. The job order states the offered wage is $15.67 per hour plus room, so housing comes with the position. Applications for this job order are routed through the Texas state workforce system, and the federal job order page carries the full terms and the employer worksite details.
