Line Cook, Grouse Mountain Lodge

A year-round kitchen position at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, Montana, near the west entrance to Glacier National Park. The cook prepares and cooks menu items to recipe and quality standards, sets up and stocks prep and line stations for service, supports banquet, wedding and special event production, operates kitchen equipment including the dish machine, and keeps the station clean and within food safety and sanitation standards.
