Wills Farm near Alliance in the Nebraska panhandle is filling six ranch and livestock positions from November 2026 through the start of May 2027, covering winter feeding and spring calving. Six openings makes this one of the larger winter crews currently posted in western Nebraska. Six months of prior experience is required, so the employer wants people who already know cattle. Note the posted normal schedule is 66 hours per week, which is long even by ranch standards, so go in with clear expectations about hours. The wage offered to US workers is $16.25 per hour. This job order was posted on 18 September 2026, making it one of the freshest on the list.
