French Broad Outpost, a dude ranch in the mountains near Del Rio in east Tennessee, wants a year-round cook who can start soon. The main job is cooking three Southern home-style meals a day, served family style during guest seasons; in slow stretches you will also turn over rooms, tidy the lodge, and help feed horses and handle outdoor chores. Home-trained cooks are welcome and no culinary degree is needed, but you do need some cooking experience and should be willing to relocate, ideally with your own vehicle.
