Groundskeeper (Year-Round or Seasonal)

Devil’s Thumb Ranch, a 6,500-acre ranch resort in the Fraser Valley near Winter Park, is hiring groundskeepers in both year-round and seasonal slots. Seasonal crew focus on snow removal with shovels, blowers, plows and loaders in winter and on gardening and greenhouse work in summer, while year-round staff also handle landscaping, irrigation, trash and recycling, fencing, stables upkeep, tree clearing, trail work and fire mitigation, plus event setups. Prior groundskeeping, landscaping or snow-removal experience is preferred, along with comfort running trucks, trailers and equipment, a clean driving record, and the ability to do heavy physical work in any weather. Pay is $18 to $20 an hour, subsidized staff housing is available to employees working at least 35 hours a week, and full-time year-round staff get PTO, health coverage and a 401(k) match.
