Ranch Farmworker / Laborer

Blackmore Ranch is hiring two ranch workers in Hillside, Arizona for a season running October 2026 through July 2027. The posted duties are cattle care and stockmanship: feeding, watering, watching animals for signs of illness or abnormal behaviour, moving livestock between pastures and pens, and helping with routine herd management. A significant share of the job is fence work, including inspecting existing fence and repairing or replacing wire, posts and gates to keep cattle contained. Workers also clean pens and feeding areas, maintain livestock facilities, and operate equipment used in the cattle operation. Two months of relevant experience is required and the normal schedule is 40 hours a week. Offered wage is $15.32 per hour.
