Lazy SW Ranch near Eloy, Arizona, is hiring four workers from January 1 through October 31, 2027, on a schedule of roughly 60 hours a week. Cattle go onto desert pasture in January, so spring is fence checks, hauling water and feed, and upkeep of buildings and equipment. Summer turns to checking stock, vaccinating and doctoring, and in September and October crews gather, sort, weigh, tag and load cattle for market. Two months of experience is required, and phones are for emergencies only during work hours. Employer-provided housing includes a free kitchen. Pay is $15.15 an hour, with possible bonuses at the employer’s discretion. Apply through the federal job order page.
