Sous Chef – Guest Ranch

Rancho de los Caballeros, a luxury guest ranch in the Sonoran Desert at Wickenburg, Arizona, is hiring a sous chef for its fall, winter and spring season beginning September 15, 2026. You would work alongside the chef on scheduling and training the kitchen crew, handing out daily assignments, watching food costs, and keeping storage and sanitation up to health code. Past culinary experience is required, while hospitality work and formal culinary training are a plus. Pay is listed at $60,000 to $70,000 a year, meals are provided, and staff can rent a shared room or RV site for $80 each pay period.
