Remove a Listing

Ask us to take a listing down. No proof needed, usually the same day.

Some listings on WildWork are short summaries of jobs posted publicly elsewhere, written by us and linked back to the original. If one of those is yours and you would rather it was not here, say so and it comes down. No proof, no forms to argue with, no conditions.

Ask us to remove a listing

You are asking about Trail Ride Wrangler – Glacier National Park Corrals. Send this and it comes down. We do not ask for proof and we do not argue.

Only used to confirm the removal.
Not required. A removal happens either way.
Usually the same day, and within one business day at the latest.

What happens next

  1. The listing is unpublished. Its page stops working and it leaves our sitemap, search feed and email digest.
  2. You get a confirmation by email, usually the same day.
  3. We record the source so the same posting is not summarized again.

If you would rather keep the job listed

Tell us and we will run it your way instead: your wording, your application link, and an employer account you control so you can edit or close it whenever you like. Email hello@wildwork.io.

Who Can Ask

  • The employer named in the listing.
  • Whoever placed the original ad, including when it was placed on someone else’s board.
  • The board, association or school the posting came from.
  • Anyone whose name, phone number or email appears in a listing.

What We Remove

The listing page, its entry in our sitemap and job feed, and the job data we send to search engines. It also stops appearing in the Monday digest and in Early Access alerts. We keep a private record of the request so the same posting is not summarized again.

How Listings Get Here in the First Place

Employers post directly with us, and that is the way we prefer. The rest are jobs we found posted publicly: an employer’s own careers page, an applicant system like Workday or Paylocity, or a government board such as USAJOBS. We write our own summary of the facts — the role, the pay, the season, whether housing is included — and send applicants to the employer’s original posting. We do not copy the advertisement, we do not take applications on the employer’s behalf, and we never charge an applicant.

We do not summarize listings from other job boards, college or member-only boards, LinkedIn or Indeed.

Prefer to Keep It Listed?

Plenty of employers would rather fix a listing than lose it. If you want the job to stay, we will run it your way: your wording, your application link, and an employer account so you can edit it, extend it or mark it filled yourself. Ask when you send the form and we will set it up at no charge.
