A busy Montana outfitter with hunters booked from across the country has a couple of guide openings plus full- and part-time guide and wrangler work, and is also taking apprentices. The main need is an experienced guide for archery and rifle seasons who works well with clients, fits into a team, and can hike, camp and pack animals out. Your duties include keeping clients safe and within regulations, teaching hunting technique and managing the hunt day. Pay is based on experience, lodging and food are covered while guiding, and bonuses and tips are available with what the ad calls a family-friendly crew.
