Cupped Wings Guide Service also hires apprentice guides to work under its experienced staff on Arkansas duck and goose hunts in Crittenden and Woodruff counties. Apprentices help with decoy spreads, calling, blind concealment and client care from November 1 through March 15, including the spring conservation goose season. Guiding experience is not required, but you need at least 10 years of waterfowl hunting, solid duck-calling skills, a team attitude, and a willingness to take direction. The position is a seasonal 1099 contract with base pay based on experience, and a background check and drug test are required. Housing and meals are not mentioned.
