Employment Opportunity:

– Combination of ranch management, wildlife management, hunting guide, and client-hosting position.
Core Responsibilities:
– Low / cattle fence surveillance and maintenance
– Varmint control
– Road and property maintenance
– Equipment operation (excavator, dump truck, skid steer, etc.)
– Blind and water hole maintenance
– Exterior and interior cleaning of lodge and areas surrounding lodge
– Wildlife scouting and monitoring movement as well as maintaining and reviewing game cameras.
Preferred Skills:
– Guiding and / or elk and mule deer hunting experience. Archery experience and elk calling experience a plus.
– Basic experience with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
– Knowledge of wells and water systems
– Welding experience
– Mechanical and equipment maintenance and upkeep
– Machinery operation
– Work independently
Compensation:
– $60,000+ annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, the position includes a comprehensive benefits package with an estimated total compensation value of approximately $85,000+, including housing and other benefits.
– Tips and gratuities from hunting clients provide an additional earning opportunity and are paid in addition to salary and benefits.
