Experienced Waterfowl Guide (Duck & Goose)

Cupped Wings Guide Service runs guided duck and goose hunts out of two Arkansas lodges in Crittenden and Woodruff counties, northwest of Memphis, and is taking applications from experienced guides. The season it lists runs November 1 through March 15, covering regular duck season from November to January and the spring conservation goose season. Guides set decoys, call, read birds, keep hides concealed, and look after clients; you need at least 3 years of guiding, 10+ years of waterfowl hunting, strong calling and concealment skills, and your own vehicle that can tow equipment. This is a 1099 independent-contractor job with base pay based on experience, and a background check and drug test are required.
