Assistant Ranch Manager – Tee Cross Ranch

Flying Diamond Ranch, a family cattle company running roughly 66,000 acres across three eastern Colorado ranches, is hiring a hands-on assistant manager for its Tee Cross Ranch south of Ellicott. The daily routine is checking cattle and water, fixing fence and water systems, maintaining equipment and helping on processing days, with a focus on low-stress handling and rotational grazing. The ranch is looking for someone with experience on a sizeable cattle operation who is reliable, hard-working and willing to learn. Pay is $35,000 to $45,000 depending on experience, with on-ranch housing and paid time off.
