Steamboat Lake Outpost, a lodge north of Steamboat Springs near Clark, is hiring snowmobile guides for December 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027. Guides get trips ready, teach guests how to ride safely, lead tours through backcountry terrain, maintain the sleds, and use a chainsaw to clear downed trees off the trails. You must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, current CPR and first aid, and the ability to lift 60 pounds; off-trail riding, sled mechanics, chainsaw skills and wilderness medical training are preferred.
