Seasonal spot on a four-person TNC fire squad that burns across coastal Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. Duties cover the full prescribed-fire cycle from line prep and ignition to holding, mop-up and monitoring, and crew members may also be sent to wildfire suppression with partner agencies. You need a high school diploma, the ability to earn RXCM or FFT2 qualifications and meet the fitness standard, and a driving record that clears TNC’s vehicle safety review.
