McGraw’s Outdoor Recreation and Habitat team in northern Illinois is hiring a guide who splits time between hunting parties and land work. You would guide upland bird hunts and clay shoots, act as range master for the clay, archery and air-gun ranges, and help with daily dog care, training and kennel cleaning. Off the field, the job covers equipment and building maintenance, blind and stand upkeep, mowing, brush cutting, food plot and cover planting, weed control and prescribed burns.
