Join the crew that runs food service and housekeeping at ADK’s Heart Lake Program Center, home of the Adirondak Loj and The Hungry Hiker at the doorstep of the High Peaks trailheads. Roughly half the job is kitchen and dining work (meal setup, basic cooking, taking orders, cleaning) and the rest is cleaning cabins and rooms, laundry and grounds upkeep. ADK is hiring for a fall stint starting immediately and running to Nov 10, and for a winter/spring stint from November through May. Pay is $16/hour plus tips, and shared on-site housing with three meals a day is available for a small deduction.
