Ice Fishing Guide

Woodland Resort is hiring for its 12-person winter ice crew on Devils Lake, a well-known walleye fishery, starting December 15, 2026. Your day includes driving guests out to the fish houses, keeping the houses running (propane, drilling holes, repairs), and plowing and maintaining about 40 to 50 miles of ice roads. When you have downtime, you scout for fish with the resort’s equipment. You don’t need experience. The job is full time, with either early-morning or daytime shifts. On-site housing is offered at $500 per person per month with utilities, wifi and laundry included.
