Circle M Ranch Maui, a horseback trail-ride outfit near Wailuku, is hiring a seasonal wrangler and ranch hand for an October 2026 to January stint. You will saddle, lead guided rides, help guests mount and dismount safely, groom and feed horses, maintain trails and handle daily chores, errands and general maintenance. Applicants need at least two years of riding experience and one year as a wrangler or trail guide. Pay is $16 an hour plus a tip pool, with a studio unit on the ranch and a ranch vehicle for chores and some personal use. Email a cover letter and resume.
