Triangle X is a family-run dude ranch operating inside Grand Teton National Park, and it is recruiting wranglers for the 2027 summer season, which runs mid-May to mid-October. The ranch keeps eleven wranglers and more than a hundred head of horses. The main job is leading guests on trail rides of every ability level, giving lessons, and knowing the ranch’s trail system well enough to handle groups safely. Wranglers saddle upwards of seventy-five horses each morning, wrangle horses in and out of pasture, keep the corral and tack shed in order, and help guests mount and adjust tack. Shoulder-season work includes fencing, hauling hay, trucking horses and general maintenance. Applicants must be at least 21, pass a drug test and background check, and commit to the full season.
