Wrangler

Drowsy Water Ranch is a family-run guest ranch in the mountains west of Granby, Colorado, and its employment application lists wrangler as one of the positions it hires, along with a combined wrangler/farrier role for candidates who bring both skill sets. The ranch’s other seasonal positions include wait staff, housekeeping, office assistant, chef, cook’s helper, dishwasher, yard and maintenance, and children’s counsellors, which gives a sense of the size of the crew. Applications are submitted through the form on the ranch’s own site rather than by email. The ranch does not publish a wage figure, season dates or housing details alongside the wrangler listing, so those should be confirmed directly when applying. A terms of use page exists on the site and carries no restriction on reuse.
