Culinary Team Member – Remote Fly-In Lodge (Summer 2027)

Wilderness Place Lodge, a fly-in fishing lodge on Lake Creek northwest of Anchorage, has filled its 2026 crew and is now taking applications for summer 2027. The culinary role covers cooking and plating guest meals, running the kitchen, helping plan menus and coordinating food logistics for a remote operation. The lodge is looking for people with professional culinary training or experience plus the organisation and people skills to work in a small guest-facing team. The season runs June through August in two sessions with a short break, and staff are paid a salary plus gratuities, though the amount is not published.
