Ranch Operations Lead (or Couple) – Trophy Whitetail & Cattle

White Ghost Ranch near Doss in the Texas Hill Country raises registered cattle and whitetail deer and wants a year-round operations lead who can also guide trophy whitetail hunts. Duties include daily feeding and observation of cattle and deer, equipment operation, fencing and facility repairs, and taking guests afield, which calls for the ability to field-judge mature bucks. The ranch is open to a couple, with the second person handling lodge upkeep, housekeeping, meals and guest rooms. Look for 2 to 5 years of ranch experience, cattle-handling skills, a clean driving record, and mechanical ability.
