Baader Tech Assistant (at-sea factory trawler)

American Seafoods needs an assistant to keep the Baader fish-processing machines running in the factory of one of its at-sea trawlers. You will grease equipment, swap bearings, spot-check and clean machinery, track spare parts, and work under the vessel’s Baader technician and factory manager. The role asks for general mechanical skills, some grasp of CNC controls, and at least two years of prior at-sea work. Shifts run 12 hours or more a day for the whole trip, and trips usually last 14 to 21 days.
