Chef de Partie (Year-Round)

The kitchen at C Lazy U, a luxury guest ranch in the mountains near Granby, Colorado, is adding a full-time, year-round chef de partie. The cook owns an assigned station, setting it up, prepping to the day’s forecast, cooking and plating to the ranch’s recipes, following HACCP logs, receiving and rotating product, and helping train newer kitchen staff. At least one year on the line in a full-service, high-volume restaurant is required, a culinary degree is a plus, and you must be able to stand for long shifts and lift 50 lb.
