Cook – Factory Trawler Galley

United States Seafoods wants a galley cook for one of its factory trawlers fishing out of Dutch Harbor. You will plan menus on a budget, cook three or four meals a day for a large crew, order food and supplies with the office and vendors, and keep the galley clean and food-safe. The posting asks for at least three years of experience working aboard fishing vessels and the ability to feed 85 or more people a day.
