The same historic Davis Mountains ranch near Balmorhea, Texas, is also hiring a full-time caretaker for its headquarters house and grounds. The job is keeping the compound guest-ready: mowing and landscaping, weed and brush control, spring and irrigation upkeep, exterior house care, small-equipment maintenance and general repairs, with help on other ranch work when time allows. You need to be detail-minded, self-motivated and fit enough for outdoor work year-round.
