Live-in Caretaker Couple – Historic Alpine Ranch

A privately owned historic ranch in Old Snowmass, about 20 minutes from Aspen, is looking for a couple to live on site and run the property year-round. Duties split between outdoor ranch work (trail and fence maintenance, ditch and flood irrigation, snow removal, tractor and skid-steer operation, equipment repair) and looking after three residences and outbuildings, with household support such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, airport runs and occasional childcare help when the owners are in residence. The owners want five to ten years of relevant background in ranching, estate or property management or hospitality, some agricultural knowledge, heavy-equipment ability, and people who are organized, trustworthy and solve problems on their own.
