Maintenance Supervisor – Remote Ranch Reserve

Keep the lodge, cabins and infrastructure running at Vermejo, a remote Ted Turner reserve roughly 40 miles outside Raton, New Mexico. The supervisor leads the maintenance team and handles HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work hands-on. You need at least three years of facilities or maintenance experience (hospitality preferred), prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time and year-round with medical, dental, vision and 401(k) benefits; the hourly rate is described only as competitive.
