Expect 12-hour days, seven days a week in any weather, with trips averaging 7 to 18 days and up to three months away from shore-side medical care. Pay is a crew share with no guaranteed wage, and room and board are free, along with 401(k) and health benefits once you qualify. Apply through Glacier Fish’s Lever job page.
